Pay-as-you-go (PAYG) washes are charged at the point of use via the card reader on the machine. PAYG payments are non-refundable once the wash cycle has started.
Our self-service dog wash machine is designed for washing dogs only. By using the machine, you agree to supervise your dog at all times, use the equipment only for its intended purpose, avoid bringing external chemicals, shampoos or products (only the products provided may be used), leave the wash bay in a reasonable condition for the next user, and report any damage or malfunction immediately.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wash Your Woofer Limited shall not be liable for any injury to you, your dog, or any third party arising from use of the machine, except where caused by our negligence; any loss or damage to personal property while using our facilities; or any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of our services.
